New York: Enago, the world's most trusted provider of English language services to the global scientific research community, is pleased to announce that it has teamed up with The Gerontological Society of America (GSA). Under this new partnership,Enago will provide editorial assistance to authors preparing submissions for GSA conferences and events.
GSA — the oldest and largest interdisciplinary membership organization devoted to research, education, and practice in the field of aging — has hosted the Annual Scientific Meeting for nearly 70 years, which currently draws 3,800 professionals from 50 countries. GSA events present approximately 450 sessions centered on the field's preeminent research each year. In 2017, GSA will host the World Congress of Gerontology and Geriatrics on behalf of the International Association of Gerontology and Geriatrics.
"Aging is a global phenomenon, which has led to an increase in the number of international scholars who participate in our meetings," said GSA Executive Director and CEO James Appleby, BS Pharm, MPH. "We are committed to providing a welcoming environment for both new and established researchers to thrive — by giving them the tools they need to successfully present their science and advance the field of gerontology."

This new partnership was built to help researchers submit their abstracts and manuscripts to GSA in a clear, concise, and effective manner. Together, GSA andEnago now offer researchers streamlined access toEnago's English copyediting services to perfect their conference materials through an easy-to-use online portal that will help them get accepted.
"Enago is thrilled to offer our editing services in partnership with such an esteemed and historied organization," said Kuntan Dhanoya, VP of North American Operations at Crimson Interactive (Enago's parent company). "Our team of expert editors not only comprises specialists in the many distinct fields of aging — from physiology and psychology to public health and policy — they are also published authors in their own right. They know what it takes to get work accepted by GSA, and this new partnership is a huge step in fulfilling the mission of both organizations to bridge the gap between research and its audience."
